Program Description

The ASN-RN program provides students with the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to embark on a career as a Registered Nurse. Upon completion, graduates are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN, the national licensing exam for Registered Nursing. Registered Nurses have opportunities for employment in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community-based organizations. The program holds approval from the Hawaiʻi State Board of Nursing and is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), guaranteeing its high quality and adherence to professional standards.
