Program Description
The Medical Laboratory Technician program prepares students to perform laboratory procedures and operate equipment in various clinical laboratory settings. Graduates are eligible to take the national certification examination for Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) offered by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), meeting the requirements for state licensure and enabling them to work as MLTs in the State of Hawaiʻi.
