The curriculum covers essential dental operatory and laboratory skills, along with dental terminology. Enrollment for the CO program takes place during the Fall semester.

Upon completion of the Certificate of Competence, students have the opportunity to pursue the accredited Certificate of Achievement (CA) program. The CA courses are available during the Spring semester, providing further specialization and advancement in dental assisting.
