Program Description

The Culinary Arts program offers a career-ladder approach with specializations in Culinary Arts and Baking, providing students with the foundational skills needed for success in the culinary profession. The Associate of Applied Science degree programs are accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC), ensuring the program meets professional standards and prepares students for a rewarding career in the culinary industry.

Baking & Pastry (77 credits) – Tuition: $10,087

Certificate of Achievement:
Culinary Arts (31 credits) – Tuition: $4,061

Culinary Arts (19 credits) – Tuition: $2,489
Pastry Cook (20 credits) – Tuition: $2,620

Students in the program should be prepared for additional expenses such as $1,600 for books and $500 for uniforms, knives, and supplies.
